Reduced price on a “luxury” apartment with a view of the Liver Building

Rightmove says properties across Liverpool city center had an overall average price of £ 179,530 over the past year.
The majority of sales in Liverpool city center over the past year have been apartments, with an average price of £ 164,377.
While semi-detached properties sold for an average of £ 397,875, semi-detached properties for £ 254,106.
However, the Strand is a particular part of Liverpool’s waterfront that is bound to have higher prices than the wider city center average.
Prices in this area are more expensive due to its proximity to the Three Graces, the waterfront, and Albert Dock.
Rightmove information from the past five years shows that the average price for apartments on or near the Strand is £ 215,969.
Selling prices for the apartments ranged from £ 190,000 to £ 382,000.
While they were just across the road on Albert Dock, the apartments had averaged £ 346,793 over the past five years.
Selling prices in this area included £ 407,500, £ 547,000 and most recently £ 307,000.
Pictures of the property show that the property has two bedrooms and two bathrooms and a large open-plan living space.
The 36-foot living room is comprised of a kitchen with white granite countertops, wall and base units, built-in appliances, and a breakfast bar.
This area has huge floor-to-ceiling windows to the façade with views of the clock and the famous Liver Birds and the cruise ship terminal.
Overall, the apartment has been decorated in a modern style, but still has period details in the building.
The property also has secure parking under the building with easy access by car and to the park.
It is described as a rare and valuable addition to any downtown property.
